Shotgun Start-9:00 AM * Golfers are encouraged to arrive between 7:00-7:30 AM in order to enjoy the breakfast and the pre-tournament activities.
To add to the fun, this year’s “Birdies for the Brave Golf Tournament” will have a Kentucky Derby Theme!

*A delicious Mission BBQ Breakfast, Natalie’s Orchid Island Juice, opportunities for warming up before you tee off, Raffle Items, a 50/50, Putting Contest, Mulligans, Goodie Bags, and Catered Lunch.
The Treasure Coast Chapter of the Blue Star Mothers of America is hosting our second annual golf tournament. The tournament will be on May 6th at the exquisite St. Lucie West course, St. Lucie Trail. All proceeds for this golf tournament will go to our two local charities that assist our community veterans and military families at a time of immediate and urgent need in their lives. Additionally, a smaller portion of the proceeds will go to our chapter as we strive to assist and honor our veterans, our active duty military families, and our gold Star families. Our two named receiving charities are the “Friends of Fisher House” and “The Wounded Veteran Relief Fund”.
Breakfast is provided and underwritten by our very own St. Lucie West “Mission BBQ”! Our local “Natalie’s Orchid Island Juice” has underwritten a taste of their delicious juice for our golfers enjoyment, all to start off their “Fore Veterans Golf Tournament. To add to all this goodness for our golfers, their goodie bags will hold some special surprises! Lastly, the tournament will conclude with a delicious buffet luncheon, which is included in your registration fee. The luncheon for our golfers is being catered by “Creative Catering”, located within the beautiful “St. Luce Trail Golf Club”.
During the luncheon portion of the day’s event, we will recognize our generous sponsors, prizes will be awarded for the top foursomes and closest to the pin/longest drive (male and female), the 50/50 will be drawn, and the raffle items will be selected and distributed. All this will be happening, for our golfers, as they enjoy the ambiance of the stunning banquet room of the St. Lucie Trail Golf Club!
